Cracks In UK ISP Crackdown Surface

What appeared to be a united front to fight UK P2P piracy is already showing signs of wear and  tear just one day after an agreement with ISP’s to crackdown on offenders was announced.

Late yesterday the BPI  was forced to clarify that the agreement announced was for warning letters and education and not a full "3 strikes an you’re out" campaign.
