Add RSS Feeds For News & Tour Dates

Where possible convert your tour dates and news so they are spreadable via rss feeds. I won't go into how they work here, but real simple syndication is, for example, how CNN headlines show up on your Yahoo of Google home page. (Here is a wikipedia rss guide.) 

Its a real time saver to enter info once and spread it to many places – populating widgets, on fan homepages or onto your social networking pages. Twittfeed can spread your rss feeds to Twitter and create a free email newsletter via Feedblitz both of which as I do on Hypebot.

Pink Floyd tribute band The Machine uses creative marketing to fill 1000-2000 seate venues. They added rss feeds to their What's New and Tour Dates pages which fans can grab. Then the band also uses their news rss to feed headlines to their own front page in a Latest News box.
