I admit that I have a thing for simple and cost effective promotions that somehow get above the noise level without creeping me out. This one from Topspin's Ian Rogers, who is at SXSW where the noise level is almost unimaginably high, gets a double Hypebot Stamp Of Approval both for the $2 bills and the t-shirt that helps you earn them.
