INgrooves Adds Ben Kline As VP Of Sales

The INgrooves executive bench just got deeper with former EVP of Sales, Marketing and New Media for Universal Nashville Ben Kline joining as VP of Sales & Marketing for the digital distributor. He will be based in the company's San Francisco headquarters.

Kline's former employer Universal made a substantial investment in INgrooves last year and are using the company's technology to power its digital distrubution.  At INGrooves Klines focus shifts to the indie sector. "I am thrilled to be joining INgrooves, a company that I’ve avidly followed for some time now,” commented Kline. 

Kline began his tenure in the music industry at PolyGram Group Distribution, where he held numerous positions, eventually becoming director of East Coast Sales for Island Records.  He later segued to Nashville, joining Mercury Records as National Sales Directo eventually earning his VP stripes.
