  1. Veoh case: Funny thing, the judge decided that the plain language of the notice/takedown/safe harbor sections of the DMCA mean exactly what they say.
    Without those provisions, there can be no place on the interwebz for user generated content which has not been reviewed by somebody’s Legal Department. I realize that this would be acceptable to Big Content: to the copyright industry, the Internet is acceptable collateral damage.
