ReverbNation Gets A Makeover
ReverbNation has become the marketing hub of choice for many indie artists, but it often didn't look and feel like the cutting edge service it was striving to be.
But a new redesign – still being rolled out – along with some new functionality go a long way towards fixing RN's shortcomings. Just a couple of days ago Ferol Vernon and the RN development team also started unveiling some important upgrades including greater customization of artist pages and more social network synching features. Ohter upgrades include a new Reverb Store that follows the Zazzle and Audiolife model of print on demand merchandise and a tour dates section that detects a visitor’s location and highlights an artists' upcoming shows within 50 miles of the fan.
Later this week the site will also release more customizable widgets including an option to remove ReverbNation branding which some artists found intrusive.
Nice! Im still waiting for their white labeling solution.
They still rule though 🙂
I agree, white label is the way to go for them. Their platform is solid, now let people tweak and bend as their needs dictate…
