Creed Offers $10 & $20 All-In Tickets On “20-10 Tour”

(UPDATED) With a thumb in the eye to overpriced tickets, Creed is offering all of  the seats on its "20-10  Tour" for $10 – $20/ The first 2,010 reserved seats are $20 all-in, meaning fans pay a flat rate with no added service charges.  The remaining seats are priced at either $20 or $10, plus applicable ticketing fees. Citi cardholders will also have access to pre-sale tickets through Citi's Private Pass Program beginning April 21st in select markets. "The 20-10 Tour" kicks off on July 28th in Washington D.C. at Jiffy Lube Live, and continues nationally through September 4th at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston. The band appears on NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday, April 23rd.

They had to do something drastic… Creed has been averaging just under 55% seats sold on their dates in the last year… and these are still large venues for the number of tickets this act is averaging on shows. Maybe these will be half house. Jiffy Lube Live is a 25k cap venue… Historically, at their peak Creed has not sold more than around ~15k tickets for a show… and that was 8 years ago… recent numbers are in the 7-8k attendance range.

  2. Creed is a band formed in Tallahassee, Florida that became one of the 90’s biggest-selling rock bands. Creed disbanded in 2004 after three multi-platinum albums, selling an estimated 35 million records worldwide. The four original members, Scott, Mark, Tom, and Ryan reunited in 2009 and created a new album called Full Circle. In April 2010 they began The 20-10 Tour to perform their new album.
