FanBridge Introduces “FanRank” Feature

image from www.bmi.com Direct-to-fan platform FanBridge has released a new feature called "FanRank." It is an automated fan list segmentation engine based on loyalty/engagement fans demonstrate across email, social networks, mobile, etc.

This new, free feature has already been enabled in every FanBridge account and each week updates itself.  Their goal with FanRank is to enable artists to better understand how fans are engaging with their lists over time, so that they can better measure the impact of their marketing efforts and have a more informed basis for tailoring/targeting their communications within specific fan segments.

Based on a variety of interactions, the feature automatically places an artist's
fans into one of three fan segments: super fans, casual fans, and at-risk fans; it allows artists to enable super fans, while still engaging their casual audience.
