Univision Launches Musica Hispanic Music Hub

image from blog.brickhousesecurity.com Media giant Univision has launched a new all-music site Musica to challenge sites like MTV.com and music video hub Vevo, which has been a hit with the Hispanic commuinity.  69% of Univision's web users claim that "music is an important part of my life", according to AdWeek, and the the new site offers 145,000 songs, videos, artist pages, photos and a lyrics tool.

Univision will also use Música to rollout a new original series: Univision In Studio. The show featuring exclusive performances introducing new artists. The first episode debuted  Oct. 7th with Latin idol Daddy Yankee.

Visitors can also listen to 40 Univision Radio stations on Musica.
