- Warner Music Group is now only considering offers for the sale of the whole company rather than ofers for parts of the business. They could reach an agreement within weeks, according to the Wall Street Journal. WMG shares jumped another 3.4% Wednesday on sales rumors.
- Spotify has put new limits on it's free streaming music service in an effort to drive premium sales and "continue making Spotify available to all in the long-term."
