Warner Music Board To Review Bids This Week

image from www.google.com Warner Music Group's board of directors will review 2nd round bids this week, a source told Reuters. 10 groups have reportedly placed bids ranging from $2.8 billion to $3 billion. Bidders include Live Nation, BMG Rights Management (a joint venture of Bertelsmann and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts), Platinum Equity, Ron Burkle's Yucaipa Company, billionaire Len Blavatnik, investor Ron Perelman and Sony.
