    I *wish* that Jim Selby would get it b/c even though Naxos is a classical label, that guy has a genuine vision for the future. But it won’t happen.
    My picks: Ruthig, Mills, Iglauer, Parker. More or less in that order.

  2. Bah Humbug!
    I was stuck in that moment of knowing that it won’t really matter who is on the board – they won’t do anything for the kind of musicians that I am looking to help.
    Martin Mills is a decent man and does actually apprecaite art, so I hope he makes it, plus a Brit telling Americans what to do is always a good plan.
    But, really, this isn’t what Hypebot is about for me.
    I want articles that contain actionable ideas that aspiring musicians can use to further their dreams, not dying industry factoids that will make no appearance in the footnotes to the appendix of the history of the arse end of the music business.
