You can't blame artists for being miffed that fans often spend more time text and shooting seflies than they do watching the show. With a little help from Vodafone, dance music duo Booka Shade solved the problem by creating a participatory orchestra of phones at a Berlin show last week. Watch and listen as 600 fans hold their smartphones in the air throughout the 45-minute performance.
