AWAL Signs Viral Sensation Gus Dapperton

The singer, songwriter and producer is best known for his viral hits "Prune, You Talk Funny” and “I’m Just Snacking.” He averages nearly 1 million monthly Spotify listeners and has garnered 100 million cumulative streams in less than a year’s time.

The AWAL deal includes global marketing, campaign coordination and global distribution.

The Warwick, NY-native's music videos caught fire after he dropped the “Yellow and Such” EP in 2017. By the time his “You Think You’re A Comic” EP was released in 2018, he landed a spot on the 13 Reasons Why Season 2 Soundtrack. Drapperton is also known for his unique fashion style consisting of a bowl cut, brightly colored thrift shop clothing and thick rimmed glasses
