Preparing For A Live (Or Live Streaming) Show

When live shows do finally return, the time we’ve spent out of venues could leave performers and audience members alike a little rusty when it comes to performing and attending gigs. Here, we look at few tips for what could be your first live show – or at least your first live show in a while.

In this recent piece from MusicThinkTank, contributor Kevin Gardner outlines some key best practices for preparing for your first live show.

“Fashion statements abound at rock concerts, and fans are certainly entitled to their own choices in wardrobe. However, concert veterans agree that sneakers or tennis shoes are a must. Sandals and flip-flops lead to dirty feet and smashed toes. Similarly, high heels result in sore, achy feet caused by hours of standing and dancing. Stay stylish and comfortable in flat, comfortable footwear.”
