SoundExchange names 2 new VPs

SoundExchange has named Stephanie Werner as Vice President, Brand Marketing and Industry Engagement, and promoted Barry LeVine to Vice President, Marketing and Entertainment Partnerships. 

Stephanie Werner has over 25 years of experience, including most recently as Vice President, Head of Global Marketing at Global Citizen, Executive Director for VH1 Save The Music Foundation, and Vice President of Consumer Marketing and Music Marketing for VH1 and LOGO.

Marketing and Entertainment Partnerships is a new discipline to be headed by veteran industry executive Barry LeVine. LeVine will transition from his current post as Vice President, Industry Relations into his new role building strategic brand relationships and fostering alliances that strengthen SoundExchange.

Bruce Houghton is Founder and Editor of Hypebot and MusicThinkTank and serves as a Senior Advisor to Bandsintown which acquired both publications in 2019. He is the Founder and President of the Skyline Artists Agency and a professor for the Berklee College Of Music.
