Poll Benefits

Everybody loves a good poll as long as it’s on a topic that your engaged in, which means that’s it’s wise to be careful to make sure that you’re not offering one that’s too far outside of your brand. That said, there are plenty of benefits for an artist to construct a poll. For instance, you can:

  • Conduct customer research. Maybe you want to find out what merch items fans really want, or determine what they like or don’t like about your merch or music already.
  • Educate your followers. One way to help get the word out about new releases or merch is through a poll. This obviously shouldn’t be the entirety of your marketing strategy, but it’s a piece that could be helpful.
  • Drive traffic to your website. A byproduct of a good poll is that it can make people interested in a something they might not have been aware of already. If they want to learn more, they’ll visit your site for more details.
  • Increase fan engagement. If you’re having trouble motivating fans to engage, a good poll can fix that in a hurry. Not only do people want to contribute, but they want to know the results as well.

Constructing A Poll

All polls are not constructed the same, and the way they’re constructed is different depending on the social platform they’re on. Here’s what works well, according to Blog Waves.

  1. Our company regularly conducts customer surveys on the website, this allows us to get data about their expectations, wishes and problems. After processing the information we make conclusions about the development of the company. Thanks to the survey all the information we get for free, without the cost of market research. I recommend you not to neglect such a useful tool! Thanks for the article!
