CelebrityAccess launches ‘easy-to-understand’ music analytics tool

Live music and entertainment industry trade CelebrityAccess has added analytics that includes data from major social and streaming platforms, Bandsintown, Google Search, and other sources.

Designed to offer a snapshot of the online activity of almost any artist that can be used when making booking and other business decisions, the tool is layered on top of CelebrityAccess‘s database of industry contacts and data gathered over the last 25 years.

In addition to the “at-a-glance” view, there is a deeper dive into more artist data from each of the sources. Bandsintown data includes Follower growth, and CelebrityAccess has also made full use of the Bandsintown API to deliver tour dates and ticket information.

“We’ve already redesigned all our free product offerings such as news, top box office scores, new tours, etc., that now operate at incredible speeds and display in clear, easy-to-read formats, regardless of platform or device used,” said Marc Gentilella, CelebrityAccess Founder and CEO. “However, the most exciting change to our website is the addition of CA Social Analytics – a deep dive into the social metrics of our industry.”

The consolidated view of the analytics is offered free of charge. As of December 5, only CelebrityAccess Pro members will have access to full stats and a more in-depth breakdown.
