Music Marketing adds release day email reminders to music pre-saves

Pre-saves have become a key component of most music release campaigns. But once the music is added to a fan’s library, there has been no simple way to let them know weeks and months later when it’s live and encourage them to stream it.

A new addition to the growing music marketing toolkit solves the problem.

Now, fans who have pre-saved music using will be notified on release day that the music is live, along with a direct link to the music to drive streams

Like fan “saves,” plays on release day show momentum that triggers a streamer’s algorithm to take notice and surface the track to more users. music pre-save campaigns with email notifications are available for Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, TIDAL, Soundcloud, and Deezer. 

Once an artist has captured the email address during the pre-sale campaign, they can take it off the platform to add to their email list on email platforms like Bandsintown’s free email service or use the Mailchimp or Active Campaign integrations built into the platform for seamless syncing.
