Previously, Mead served as INgrooves Music Group’s Senior Vice President, Label Services and Marketing and was a founding member of Universal Music Group’s Fontana Distribution executive team. 

The PledgeMusic platform has served 50,000 artists and 3 million super-fans since launch. The company also owns [NoiseTrade](http://www.noisetrade.com/?ref=hypebot.com) and [Set.fm](http://www.setfm.com/?ref=hypebot.com).“PledgeMusic has developed into the premier marketplace for superfans,” stated Mead. “It’s a platform where artists and labels can leverage a wealth of marketing opportunities and maximize existing and new revenue streams, and fans can purchase the most unique experiences and products.
