Videos will also be viewable within the regular Instagram app. 

All Instagram users can now upload videos up to 10 minutes long (10X the previous 1 minute limit) and the most popular creators can upload videos up to 60 minutes long. There's no clear definition yet of how Instagram defines "popular," or if they will eventually extend the length for all users.
