Apple is now accepting **donations via iTunes** to help Red Cross efforts after typhoon Haiyan battered the Philippines leaving millions homeless and an estimated 10,000 dead. 100% of all donations are sent to **Red Cross Philippine Typhoon** relief efforts.

Apple has activated a similar iTunes donation system for previous major global disasters.
