BandLab and Music Tectonics have teamed for their second annual music tech startup competition Swimming with Narwhals.

Caldecott Ventures, BandLab CEO Meng Ru Kuok’s investment fund, has earmarked up to $50,000 to invest in one of the winners.

There are three phases to the competition:

- **Apply by August 20**, 2021 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
- **Present a Semi-Finalist Pitch** at an online preconference event on October 18
- **Present a Finalist Pitch** at the online conference on October 25
