Bryan joined SoundCloud in 2014 from Warner Music and was responsible for getting the licensing deals to move Soundcloud from a just a user-generated content site to launching their full fledged music streamer SoundCloud Go.

"Under Stephen's leadership, our world-class content, strategy, and creator products teams established pivotal industry partnerships that prepared us for our next phase of growth."SoundCloud is struggling to find its financial footing; and for most record labels CCO Stephen Bryan was a reassuring presence. With his exit, that level of comfort is gone.
