• **StubHub**‘s IPO plans are on hold due to market volatility, specifically following President Donald Trump’s tariff announcements. Proposed laws limiting ticket resale in the US and UK may also be a factor.

The company had filed its IPO paperwork with the SEC in March, seeking a listing on the New York Stock Exchange. While they were aiming for a valuation around $16.5 billion, the current market uncertainty has led to them postponing their public offering.
