Live Nation recently increased its stake in **Ocesa** with an additional 24% of the Mexico City based promoter, bringing its overall share to 75%. The concert giant also continued its expansion in the Pacific Rim with the acquisition of New Zealand-based festival producer **Team Event**, creators of the **Electric Avenue** festival.
