But **there is another strategy that still appears to be working.**

A recent [Socialbakers](http://www.socialbakers.com/blog/2433-marketing-to-fans-pays-off?ref=hypebot.com) study says, yes, organic reach has declined. But when posts are promoted to Fans instead of non-Fans, you get much better results.
