Since 2008, Lafargue has served as COO. **• Joe Walsh,** songwriter the Eagles’ “Life In the Fast Lane” and “In The City,” has signed with **Sony/ATV Music Publishing** for representation in all territories.**• Kobalt** has hired **Avid Larizadeh Duggan** as EVP and Chief Strategy & Business Officer. The London-based exec joins from Google Ventures where she was general partner and was in charge of GV’s investment in Kobalt.**• Carlin Music Publishing**, home to 100,000 songs from songs the likes of Elvis Presley, James Brown, AC/DC and Billie Holiday has closed its $240 million sale to **Round Hill Music,** Variety has confirmed.
