Direct-to-fan platform [**Nimbit**](http://www.nimbit.com/?ref=hypebot.com) and entertainment retail and tour merchandiser [**JSR**](http://www.jsrdirect.com/?ref=hypebot.com) have announced a **technology and co-marketing agreement**. The dealcreates an end-to-end merchandising and fan engagement offering for national touring artists who would've previously relied on their label.

This partnership also opens up **new opportunities** for **emerging acts** in need of marketing, manufacturing, distribution, and tour services that previously didn’t have access to such resources.
