(UPDATED) Finland's **Ovelin**, an iPad game that makes learning to play the guitar fun, won top honors yesterday at the **SXSW Accelerator** music tech contest. **Rexly** and **45 Sound** also made it to the final round. **OneSheet** won the **Bootstrap Award** for the company who's done the most with the least.
