# Personal Fan Data Revealed During Songkick’s Adele Concert Pre-Sale

Members of Adele's fan club were offered the chance to by advance tickets to her European concert tour this morning. But during the checkout process some fans were shown other people's shopping baskets, including some payment details.

While its not clear what level of personal information or credit card details were visible, the security breach "most likely occurred due to insecure coding on the booking website," online security firm Checkmarx tells Hypebot.

Concert ticket tracker and sale site Songkick, who were handling the Adele pre-sale, [released](http://thenextweb.com/uk/2015/12/01/adele-fans-credit-card-details-reportedly-exposed-in-online-ticketing-glitch/?ref=hypebot.com) this statement:

We take the privacy of our users very seriously, and we’re looking further into the matter to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
