PreSonus introduced the new and improved Nimbit this week. Nimbit is a service that provides music marketing and sales tools for DIY musicians. It's a freemium service that includes a number of premium options and the new version looks quite complete. If you are looking for ways to coordinate all the diverse tasks of building a music career, then Nimbit is well worth a look.

Hypebot has [covered Nimbit](https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Ahypebot.com+nimbit&ref=hypebot.com) quite a bit over the last few years but it's been a bit quieter since being [acquired by PreSonus](https://www.hypebot.com/nimbit-sold-to-presonus-exclusive/). Turns out they took a step back and redesigned the service based on "six months of focused research by PreSonus."

When I [wrote about Nimbit](https://www.hypebot.com/nimbit-revamps-platform-with-new-facebook-promo-tool-and-spotlight-store/) in 2012 they were already offering a lot, including plenty for free. The [new Nimbit](http://www.presonus.com/news/press%5Freleases/New-Nimbit?ref=hypebot.com) looks to be a much richer and more up-to-date offering.

**Introducing the new Nimbit!**

Features include:

*Capture and Reward Fans at Live Shows with FanCheck.in*

*New Google-enhanced Calendar with Automatic Geotargeted Promotion*

*Razor Focused and Automated Email Tools*

*New Artist Profile*

Here's the [full list of features](http://www.nimbit.com/features?ref=hypebot.com) both free and premium.

FanCheck.in isn't new but it is an [especially powerful looking option](http://youtu.be/99MDKWv5rgQ?ref=hypebot.com).

Nimbit Fulfillment at $10 a month is also a cool thing.

Since there's a free tier, you can check it out for yourself and see if it's what you need.
