**Berklee College of Music** alumnus and trustee **Josh Gruss** , the CEO, Chairman, and Founder of **Round Hill Music** has gifted the College $1 million to establish the Josh Gruss/Round Hill Music Endowed Scholarship Fund.

This scholarship will support financially and academically deserving students majoring in Music Business and Management.

• Former Warner Music Group exec **Dan Goldberg** is joining **Fanatics**, a major player in licensed sports merchandise, as SVP, Music and Entertainment Development.

• **Audiobridge**, a mobile music recording and collaboration platform has launched its music creation tool which includes the ability for creators to easily upload and share their songs directly from the app to **TikTok and SoundCloud** in a few taps.

• **Festicket** is announcing a North American expansion with the appointment of **Stephanie Rosa** and **Steve Levy** as VP of Sales and Consultant General Manager for North America, respectively. Levy was CMO of Virgin Fest and Insomniac Events’ Head of Marketing.

• **Symphonic Distribution**‘s licensing arm **Bodega Sync** is expanding to Europe and Latin America, signing partnership deals with **Carbonero Music** **Publishing** (Colombia) and **Ace Music** (Colombia/Spain).

In Europe, Bodega has inked partnership deals with **Steam Music** (Germany) and **KAA Production** (France).

Led by Symphonic’s new head of business development in Mexico, **Ariel Etbul**, Bodega Sync will have exclusive access to a combined 10,000+ pre-cleared songs in a wide range of genres.

• **See Tickets**’ North American operations announced **Marisa Lorion Veeh** as its new **Vice President of Product**. **Claire Lopacki** is taking on the role of **Head of Design**, transitioning from her previous role as Senior Product Designer. moters.

Ticketing company veteran **MaryMargaret Walsh-Bilus** comes on as **Director of Sales Operations**. She has held **sales and operations roles at Crowdtorch, Ticketfly,** and **Eventbrite**.
