Established in 1964 by Gene Lucchesi, XL's initial breakout hit, Sam the Sham & The Pharaoh's "Wooly Bully," sold millions. • **Steel Wool Entertainment** has signed an agreement with SM Entertainment for the U.S. management of **K-Pop superstar Amber Liu. ****Booker T. Jones**

 in a multi-faceted deal that covers the renowned multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, record producer, and arranger's music publishing interests.Under the terms of the agreement, Downtown has acquired Jones's interest in all of his biggest hits, including the iconic "Green Onions," which was written and recorded by Booker T. & The M.G.'s. The single is listed as one of Rolling Stone magazine's Greatest Songs of All Time, earned a Grammy Hall of Fame award in 1999, and was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 2018.
