# Rdio Adds Chromcast Streaming

Digital music service Rdio is now also available on Google’s Chromecast TV streaming dongle. Once the Chromecast device is setup users just press the cast icon in the Rdio iOS, Android or Web apps.

Google Chromecast is widely available and sells for just $35\. More streaming music services are expected to add the platform in the coming weeks. “Rdio on Google Chromecast marks another milestone in Rdio’s commitment to delivering the best music experience everywhere,” said Anthony Bay, chief executive officer of Rdio.

**Availability**

Chromecast is available in Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the U.K. and the U.S. In all of these countries, Rdio is available for download in the [Apple App Store](https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/rdio/id335060889?mt=8&ref=hypebot.com) and [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rdio.android.ui&ref=hypebot.com).
