RealNetworks has sold its stake in Korean digital music distributor LoEn Entertainment for $29.3 million in cash, according to an SEC [filing](http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1046327/000104632713000041/a8-k507annualmeeting2013re.htm?ref=hypebot.com). RealNetworks is not saying who bought the shares, but Affinity Equity Partners recently aquired majority stake is LoEn and its Seoul Records brand from SK Telecom.

RealNetworks, [bought 11% of LoEn in 2008,](http://www.realnetworks.com/press/releases/2009/mwc09%5Fskt.aspx?ref=hypebot.com) and sold a portion of it last year, according to [GeekWire.](http://www.geekwire.com/2013/realnetworks-sells-remaining-stake-loen-digital-music-company-293m/?ref=hypebot.com) Real is working turn around its business under founder Rob Glaser, who returned as the company’s interim CEO.
