If you're on the fence about which music service to subscribe to, **Google clearly offers the better deal**, but both deals come with **restrictions**.

**Google Play Music** is offering 3 months of new premium service for just 99¢. It comes with both a free subscription to the hot YouTube Red music and video service, and a caveat. You have to own a Google Cast (Chromecast) device. Find out if your eligible [here](https://cast.google.com/chromecast/offers/?ref=hypebot.com).

**Spotify** is offering 3 months of premium service for the price of one for users that have let their subscription lapse. The 3 month $9.99 US/£9.99 UL offer for returning subscribers is good until June 30th.

Spotify has also expanded its Family Plan to 6 premium users for $14.99 USD /£14.99 UK / €14.99 NL. That's up from 2 users for the same price; and now matches family deals offered for months by Apple Music and Google Play.
