That's starting to change and with it consumer patterns are shifting. All that seems to be **encouraging investors to open their wallets**. 

Ticket search engine SeatGeek has raised a $62 million Series C funding round of funding led by Technology Crossover Ventures along with previous investors, including Accel, Causeway Media Partners and Mousse Partners.

That brings SeatGeek's total funding to $103 million since launching in 2009\. SeatGeek aggregates ticket listings for live music, sports, and theater events.
