# SFX Acquires EDM Management, Creative Agencies TMWRK, Meta Agency and Learned Evolution

SFX continued the expansion of its 360 electronic music and culture empire with the acquisition today of artist representatives TMWRK Management; The Meta Agency, who represents visual artists and designers; and digital branding and marketing shop Learned Evolution.

These acquisitions join SFX-owned FameHouse, a digital marketing agency specializing in music; Arc90, a product design and development agency; and two ticketing companies, PayLogic and Flavorus as part of the company's FX-1 EDM marketing, branding and sales platform.

TMWRK – a management and DJ, producer and artist representation firm representing Diplo, A-Trak, Dillon Francis, Flosstradamus, Claude VonStroke and recently Grammy-nominated Producer of the Year Ariel Rechtshaid.   
  
**The Meta Agency** manages visual, experiential and interactive artists who design for events, brand activations and permanent installations.   
  
**Learned Evolution** is a digital branding and marketing agency that specializes in multidisciplinary design, social media marketing and technology-driven experiences.Related articles
