If Big Tech is going to give themselves another safe harbor in MMA for the mechanical licenses they failed miserably to obtain, the least that the Congress can do is pass the CASE Act to establish *some* remedy for copyright infringement that is available to all copyright owners.Rick Carnes gives an excellent explanation in his testimony.
