(UPDATED) **Songza** has launched what the company says is the only free mobile apps that create personalized and sharable music collections in the cloud. Songza also announced the close of a seven figure financing round led by **Deep Fork Capital** and other investors that had backed **AmieStreet**, the team's prior venture. **Geoff Judge**, co-founder of **24/7 Real Media**, also participated in the new financing and joins Songza's Board of Directors.

Fans can create a playlist on the Songza.com website and share it choosing from a library of over 14.5 million songs. Songza is free of audio advertisements and has no monthly listening limits.

A dedicated iPad application will be available sson according to the company
