The [press release](http://www.soundexchange.com/news/documents/SWSA%20Extension%20Release.pdf?ref=hypebot.com) states that the definition of smaller will include traffic size as well as revenue but offers no details, leaving it unclear exactly what size and how many webcatsers are effected. Internet radio trade group [SaveInternetRadio](SaveInternetRadio.com) [opposes](http://media.prnewswire.com/en/jsp/latest.jsp?resourceid=3477835&access=RS&ref=hypebot.com) the offer as unfair to larger broadcasters. More reaction can be found [here](http://www.kurthanson.com/archive/news/052207/index.shtml?ref=hypebot.com) from webcaster Kurt Hanson on his RAIN blog.
