Most anticipate streaming will be allowed in week two, but admit that details are still being negotiated, according to [Bloomberg](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-11-07/taylor-swift-is-said-to-keep-new-album-from-streaming-for-a-week?ref=hypebot.com). Swift has long been a vocal critic of streaming services, particularly Spotify's free ad-supported tier.But even without streaming, "Reputation" is on track to become the biggest debut so far this year. Her label, Big Machine Records, told The Associated Press on Friday that pre-orders for the new album were more than 400,000, double the pre-orders for Swift's "1989" album a week prior to its release. Fan pre-orders have been driven by online promotions with Target, WalMart, Amazon and on Swift's own web site; and Target says "Reputation" is its largest music presale ever. Taylor Swift's last three albums sold more than a million copies each in their debut week.
