Investors continue to look for the startup(s) that can **disrupt ticketing** and challenge **Ticketmaster**. Today, San Francisco-based **Ticketfly** closed a **$50 million** round of Series D financing led by **Riverwood Capital**.

Ticketfly will use the funds to accelerate development of its cloud-based live events platform and help fuel the company’s move into larger facilities and global expansion.

Ticketfly’s total funding to date is now $85 million.
