TikTok is expanding the maximum video length for all creators to 3 minutes.

Videos could previously be up to 60 seconds in length, an expansion from the platform’s initial 15-second clips. The 60-second video format has been copied by newer TikTok competitors including Snapchat Spotlight and YouTube Shorts.
