Gaming streamers xQc, Sinatraa, Daequan, Alfie, Avxry, KittyPlays, Pokelawls, Sneaky, Castro1021, Nico, Symfuhny, and Solluminati all reported 24-hour suspensions from Twitch following takedown notices from the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI). Many of the violations have been tied to a song by rapper Juice Wrld, according to [Kotaku.com](https://kotaku.com/popular-twitch-streamers-temporarily-banned-for-streami-1827066551?ref=hypebot.com).

This smackdown is likely to be the first of many, since most gamers play music in the background without authorization during play. It's a problem that Amazon owned Twitch could solve by cutting deals with rightsholders.
