The new funding for the Stockholm based company was led by the Sony Innovation Fund, WndrCo and Jörg Mohaupt, an early-stage investor who also has stakes in Discogs and Amuse.[Tracklib](https://www.tracklib.com/?ref=hypebot.com) enables instant licencing of music samples. J.Cole’s latest double-platinum single Middle Child and DJ Khaled’s Holy Mountain both feature Tracklib samples."Licenses cost between $50 and $2500\. "Depending on how much of the original song you sample, you share a different percentage of your total revenue. It doesn’t matter for how long you use the sample in your new song – you can loop five seconds for ten minutes and it’s still only five seconds of sample time. The total sample length is also cumulative – it doesn’t have to be a continuous piece."
