Many musicians and music marketers already use [TweetDeck](http://tweetdeck.com/?ref=hypebot.com) to manage their Twitter traffic, as well as, to post simultaneously to multiple social networks. But Twitter is about to get a lot more music friendly, if only for a select group of artists.
