Founded as a joint venture between Universal Music and Sony, that lack WMG content has always made the service seem incomplete.“\[Bagging Warner\] creates a destination for all the videos from all the majors that doesn’t really exist \[outside of YouTube\],” a source close to the talks told the [New York Post](http://nypost.com/2016/07/25/vevo-nears-deal-with-warner-music/?ref=hypebot.com). “In terms of trying it and seeing if it helps, it’s going to be a really interesting experiment.”Once this deal is done, expect Vevo to launch a subscription service within a few months.
