The default ringtones on cellphones are among the most-heard melodies of our time. Like them or not, they are embedded in our collective consciousness, just like the dulcet tones of a [dial-up modem](http://www.lazylaces.com/56Kmodem/?ref=hypebot.com) used to be.

As more proof that the internet has yet to meet a sow’s ear it cannot turn into a silk purse, here’s “NYC Phoneharmonic” (from [CDZA](http://www.cdzamusic.com/?ref=hypebot.com)) performing a ringtone medley. It sounds good. Really.
